When will I receive my products?
Including shipping, our turnaround time is typically 7-10 business days. We can expedite emergency or "rush" cases if necessary, and the turnaround time for such cases will vary according to the complexity of the case.
Where are your products manufactured?
ALL of our products are manufactured in-house, right here in the USA. We NEVER outsource to any overseas location.
Is there a warranty on your products?
We will repair or replace most of our products for free, if they fail within two years. For cast crowns, if the metal is returned we will replace for free. If the metal cannot be returned, you will only be charged for the metal; labor will be free. Temporary restorations are guaranteed for three months.
Where is your company located?

Shipping and delivery costs are built into our prices. For clients within a 30 mile radius of our lab, our private operator picks up and delivers cases free of charge. For those clients outside of the 30 mile radius, but residing in New Jersey and the New York / New York City area, we employ a commercial delivery service. For customers outside our delivery services, shipping will be negotiated.
